For more than three years, Maua has trained Indonesian developers to Dutch delivery standards. The team delivers for Dutch hospitals, government and corporate clients, and much of that talent came in through the front door of a hackathon.

The path is deliberate. A student joins a monthly hackathon, gets noticed, and is invited into a paid traineeship inside a real delivery team. From there, coached on European work culture and mentored by senior developers, they start shipping real features.

What makes the difference

  • Real work from day one: not simulated projects, but live client tickets.
  • Continuous testing: skills are proven month after month.
  • Culture coaching: communication and ownership, the way European teams expect.

Team Human in practice

AI is in our name and in our daily work, but a person is always accountable for what ships. That is what clients in Europe and Southeast Asia are buying: trained, tested, accountable people, supported by the best tools.

This is one story. As more trainees give permission, we will publish their names and faces here. Never stock photos.
