School that ships
real work

SMK Industry Classes in Indonesia and collaborations with universities and programs in the Netherlands. Students learn by delivering real client work alongside their studies — our 'lego blocks' method.

The programs

From Kepanjen to Solo, and to the Netherlands

  • SMKN 1 Kepanjen (Malang): first Industry Class pilot completed. A second pilot is starting in Malang.
  • Surakarta & Solo Technopark: a program with the Municipality to train young people in AI and software and connect them to employers.
  • Netherlands: collaborations with universities and programs, with curriculum conversations ongoing.

The 3-year curriculum

A common first year, then a track

The AI Engineering Industry Class curriculum is designed end-to-end and anchored in the Team Human philosophy, the EU AI Act and GDPR.

Year 1

Common foundation

Programming fundamentals, working in teams, and the Team Human philosophy (AI as a tool, people accountable). Shared by every student before they specialise.

Year 2–3

Software Engineering track

Deeper engineering: building, testing and shipping software the way Maua delivers for real Dutch clients.

Year 2–3

AI Media track

Applied AI for content, media and interaction. Building smart tools responsibly under the EU AI Act.

“Real client work alongside study — delivered in lego blocks, so students build something that ships while they learn.”
