Maua Talent is starting a program with the Municipality of Surakarta and Solo Technopark to train young people in AI and software development and connect them to employers across Europe and Southeast Asia.
The program is built around workforce readiness: young people learn by doing, on real projects, and move through our pipeline toward traineeships and jobs.
What the program does
- Trains young people in AI and modern software development
- Uses the Team Human philosophy: AI as a tool, people accountable for the work
- Connects graduates directly to employers through the Maua network
- Anchors everything in the EU AI Act and GDPR from day one
Why Solo
Solo Technopark gives the program a home with the facilities and the local partnership it needs to scale. Together with the Municipality, we can reach young people early and give them a genuine path into international, high-standard software work.
This is the same dual-track pipeline that runs across Maua Talent: hackathon → traineeship → contract → specialist. Solo is where we widen the front door.
